合作协议 / Cooperation Agreement

第一条 / Article 1： 双方本着平等互利、诚实守信的原则，经友好协商，就合作事宜达成如下协议。

Article 1: Both parties, adhering to the principles of equality, mutual benefit, honesty and trustworthiness, have reached the following agreement on cooperation matters through friendly consultation.

第二条 / Article 2： 合作范围包括但不限于技术开发、市场推广、资源共享等方面的深度合作。

Article 2: The scope of cooperation includes but is not limited to in-depth cooperation in technical development, market promotion, resource sharing and other aspects.

第三条 / Article 3： 用户不得违反用户所在国法律/用于洗钱等等行为，任何违反所在国法律，公司有权终止合作。

Article 3: Users must not violate the laws of their country/use the service for money laundering, etc.Any violation of the laws of the host country may result in the termination of the cooperation by the company.

第四条 / Article 4： 合作期限自协议签署之日起生效，有效期为一年，到期后可根据双方意愿续签。

Article 4: The cooperation period shall take effect from the date of signing the agreement, with a validity period of one year, and may be renewed upon expiration according to the wishes of both parties.

第五条 / Article 5： 本产品为基金定期，属于货币基金L2级风险，请知晓相关风险。

Article 4: This product is a fixed-term fund and belongs to the L2 level risk of monetary funds. Please be aware of the relevant risks.
